Overview
We designed and implemented Softech’s internal marketing growth system, combining social media marketing, SEO, content, paid campaigns, landing pages, CRM and AI-based automation. The goal was to create a predictable lead generation model for web, mobile, AI and custom software services—one that does not rely on a single channel, but on a coherent growth architecture.
Problem
The classic approach to marketing—running social media, paid campaigns or SEO as separate activities—did not generate stable results in B2B client acquisition. What was missing was a coherent system connecting attention (content), traffic (ads + SEO), conversion (landing pages) and the next stages of the process (CRM, follow-up, sales). In addition, most marketing activities were not directly tied to lead quality or real business outcomes.
Solution
We built a marketing growth system based on several connected layers: a content system (short-form video, carousels, educational posts), paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn), SEO and blog articles, dedicated conversion-focused landing pages, and CRM connected with automation and an AI Assistant. Every element of the system was designed as part of a broader funnel—from the user’s first interaction with the brand, through inquiry generation, all the way to lead qualification and handling. We also implemented analytics and tracking to measure not only traffic, but the quality and effectiveness of the full pipeline.
Business impact
The marketing growth system allowed Softech to move from experiment-based marketing to a predictable lead generation model. Connecting content, SEO, campaigns and CRM increased message consistency, improved conversion from traffic and shortened response time to inquiries. Marketing became an integral part of the sales system rather than a separate channel. As a result, the company gained better control over its pipeline and the ability to scale without sacrificing lead quality.

FAQ
How is a marketing growth system different from classic marketing?
A marketing growth system connects content, ads, SEO, landing pages and CRM into one coherent client acquisition process. Classic marketing often operates in silos and is not directly tied to sales outcomes.
Are social media alone enough to generate leads?
No. Social media are important, but stable results appear only when they are combined with landing pages, campaigns, SEO and CRM.
What role does AI play in this system?
AI supports lead qualification, first-response automation and communication organization, but it does not replace the full sales process.
