Overview

Softech designed and implemented an AI Receptionist system for automatic handling of incoming phone calls. The solution uses artificial intelligence to conduct conversations, answer questions, and book appointments or services. The product was created for service businesses that need to improve phone availability, reduce missed calls, and automate repetitive booking workflows.

Problem
