Overview
For GizoBOX, we designed and implemented Rentya, a comprehensive platform for managing Self Storage facilities. The system handles both an outdoor container-based facility and a three-story indoor facility with different unit types, pricing logic, documents, and payment flows.
Problem
GizoBOX needed more than a simple reservation panel. The operator required a real operational command center for the self-storage business, including support for different storage unit types, documents, recurring billing, tenant communication, and occupancy analytics.
Solution
We built Rentya from scratch around the actual operating model of GizoBOX. The platform supports management of facilities, floors, zones, and storage units, booking flows, agreements and signatures, online and recurring payments, pricing lists, occupancy analytics, tenant data, and operational communication. It was designed as a central system for the entire storage rental process.
Business impact
Rentya became the central operating system for GizoBOX and the digital foundation of the entire storage rental process. It reduced customer handling time, organized documentation, and streamlined booking, payment, and tenant communication workflows.
