Supply Passport OS — SaaS compliance system for exporters to the European Union

Supply Passport OS is an internal Softech.app SaaS product designed for small and medium-sized exporters selling to the European Union. The system helps organize supplier data, track product batch origin, manage documentation, handle source geolocation and generate export-ready compliance packs for EU importers. The product was created in response to the growing importance of EUDR, Digital Product Passport, traceability and documentation requirements in global trade.

Small exporters to the EU often have the required data and documents, but store them in a fragmented way: spreadsheets, PDFs, emails, messaging apps and local folders. As a result, they struggle to respond quickly to European importer requirements around product origin, supplier documents, certificates, geolocation and batch history. The main risk is not the product itself, but the lack of a system capable of proving compliance.

We designed Supply Passport OS as a modular SaaS system that acts as an operational compliance layer for exporters. The platform combines supplier management, batch traceability, geolocation, a document vault, an AI compliance assistant and a compliance pack generator. This allows exporters to manage compliance as a process instead of manually collecting files before every importer request.

The system helps reduce documentation preparation time, minimize data errors, improve credibility with EU importers and build a competitive advantage based on transparency. The exporter no longer sends chaotic files, but an export-ready compliance pack: a structured set of data, documents, statuses and relationships between the supplier, product batch and export flow.
